A quick and easy soup for anytime of year!
1 LB. fresh asparagus 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2-1/2 cups milk 1- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste
Steam asparagus until tender. Chop into 1 inch pieces and place into blender. Add the milk,onion powder,salt , pepper and mustard. Blend at high speed until smooth. Pour soup into a pot and heat over medium heat DO NOT BOIL enjoy!
