This is a great dip for almost anything savory that I can think of, but I have to admit that it goes perfectly with Buffalo-style chicken wings. Whether you’ll be making this for the next Super Bowl or just for Sunday’s supper, this dip will be the star of the party.
3 T. butter
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Louisiana brand hot sauce
1/2 t. pepper
1 T. sweet and sour sauce (make it yourself or buy it in a jar)
Double or triple this recipe as you need it.
Mix everything together in a saucepan. Allow it to bubble up and thicken. Serve warm.
