ITALIAN STALLION COCKTAIL RECIPE
4 to 6 ice cubes, cracked
Dash of Angostura bitters
2 measures bourbon
1 measure Campari
½ measure sweet vermouth
Twist of fresh lemon peel, for garnish
Chill a cocktail glass. Set it aside while preparing the drink. In a mixing glass, put the cracked ice cubes and add a dash of Angostura bitters. Pour in the bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth, and stir the mixture vigorously until it is well mixed. Strain the mixture from the mixing glass into the chilled cocktail glass. Garnish the drink by making a twist of lemon directly over the cocktail, then decorate the drink with the twist. Serve and enjoy!
