Tuna Salad Cool Tuna Salad

This tuna salad recipe has some bite to it, as it uses noodles in the recipe. It’s a very basic, timeless recipe and makes a quick, filling and nutritious lunch. Or, serve it up with some breadsticks for a light and refreshing summer dinner. Feel free to add other seasonings to suit your taste.


1 box noodles
1 can tuna, drained well
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise to taste
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)

Cook noodles until done, drain and cool completely. Add remaining ingredients to noodles and refrigerate. Serves four to six.
